what a fantastic day. i took part in the dukethon 1malaysia run this morning. and ran 5km the whole way! timing was 34 minutes (i.e. 4 minutes earlier than my shape run). and the coolest part was when i realised that i was one of the 100 lucky participants to get the finisher's medal. apparently, i took 41st place under women's open category. yeah!btw, azry said that i ran like mee hoon lembik!
